A good figure and shape plays an important role in the woman’s beauty. To look beautiful it is very important for woman to maintain their breasts shape because breasts are the most important part of woman body that makes her looks attractive and beautiful. But most of the women face the problem of sagging breasts and this problem is common in the women now a days. Due to the loss of the elasticity and volume of skin women breasts starts to shag because of which they lose shape and firmness. There are so many reasons behind this problem like pregnancy, weight loss, the force of gravity, unhygienic foods & eating habits, breast feeding etc. Some time women feel shame when they saw their breasts in mirror. This also affects the women confidence. Now a day’s so many types of cosmetics surgeries are available to make the breasts tight and firm but they are very expensive and have side effects also. In this article we are going to discuss some natural and side effects free methods to lift the sagging breasts and makes them attractive and firm.

Methods to tighten the sagging breasts:

· Take onion juice in a bowl.

· Add 1 ½ table spoon of honey and small amount of turmeric in it.

· Mix all the three ingredients properly.

· After mixing properly massage your breasts for 10-15 minutes with the prepared mixture before sleeping.

This will make your breasts tight and firm and solve your problem of sagging breasts.

Note: Cover your breast with thin cloth to protect your clothes from turmeric color and honey stickiness.

· Eat one table spoon of Asparagus Pecemosa powder with lukewarm milk twice daily (morning and evening).

Follow this method up to three months. It will make your breast attractive and firm.

· Take cucumber and add an egg yolk and grind them.

· Add some butter or milk cream in mixture.

Apply the prepared paste around your breast. Wash your breasts with lukewarm water after 25 to 30 minutes. This technique will help strengthen the tissues of the breast and add firmness to them.

Massage is the best way to tighten the breasts its plays an important role to lift your loose breasts and make them firm. Daily oil massage your breast will helpful to make them attractive. You can use olive oil, mustard oil, coconut oil or any kind of ayurvedic oil for massage. As you know female breasts are very sensitive and delicate so be very careful while massage. Massage gently with soft hands by moving your right hand clockwise and left hand counter clockwise in circle while massage and avoid touching nipples during massage.

Note: Daily 15-20 minutes of massage is necessary. For fast results do massage twice daily, in the morning and before sleeping at night.

Daily exercise is also important to maintain the body shape. Exercises like pushups, chin-ups, running, rope skipping etc are very important to lift your breasts. You may join the gym under professional trainer for this.

Note: Always wear the bra during exercise and do exercise in perfect manner, ask from your trainer about the correct method to perform the exercise.
